We are working with senior management to create innovation teams that will generate new ideas for areas of strategic opportunity and build innovation skills and capabilities. Through a process of assessing innovation skills, from across eight Asian markets, designing and facilitating idea generation and pitching workshops, innovation training and on-going coaching and innovation consulting, Entheo is helping the organisation generate new ideas and develop them into patient centred propositions. Five of the core ideas became central pillars of the corporate strategy in the region delivering up an uplift of 15% sales growth.
